A note from Maz
From mid-September 2026, I will be leaving my hometown of Bristol to travel for a while, with the possibility of relocating to Germany later in the year.
For the time being, my counselling practice will continue as usual, with sessions offered exclusively online to clients based in the UK through a secure online platform. If I do make the move to Germany, I will make sure that all necessary professional and legal arrangements are in place before continuing my practice from there.
I will keep clients informed of any changes that may affect the way we work together. If you have any questions in the meantime, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

“Every voice deserves to be heard, held and respected.”
My practice
All voices counselling was founded by Maz, a MBACP registered person-centred therapist. I offer online, telephone and in-person 50-minute sessions. See Sessions & Pricing below for details.
Whether you're looking for support with anxiety, stress, life transitions, identity or simply a space to explore your feelings, I welcome you as you are. Therapy is a collaborative process and my aim is to walk alongside you with empathy and genuine care.

About your therapist
My name is Mariama, Maz for short. I am a MBACP person-centred therapist. My Level 7 training was rooted in the person-centred modality, which means I believe in creating a warm, non-judgmental and compassionate space where you feel truly heard, respected, valued and empowered.
As a mixed-race individual who is socially and politically aware, I am committed to making therapy accessible and culturally sensitive. I welcome clients from all communities, all experiences and all voices.
About Me →My journey
Before moving into counselling, I worked in the finance sector, where I gained first-hand insight into the pressures and mental health challenges that can arise in corporate, high-stress environments. This experience deepened my awareness of how emotional well-being can be affected by workplace demands and I am passionate about supporting individuals navigating stress, burnout and the complexities of professional life.
Whilst my BACP accredited training gave me a theoretical and ethical foundation for my practice, I have continued to grow through additional CPD around cultural humility and responsible care for minority groups. I believe therapy should be accessible for individuals from all communities, all experiences and all voices.
As a mixed-race individual who is socially and politically aware, I am committed to breaking down barriers in mental health support, ensuring that therapy is inclusive and culturally sensitive. My previous voluntary experience includes working with neurodivergent students in education settings.
In practice, I have supported individuals navigating relationship difficulties, workplace distress, body-image distress, neurodivergent experiences and identities, the perinatal period and motherhood, explorations of religion and identity, as well as grief, loss and childhood trauma.

My therapeutic approach
Person-centred therapy, developed by Carl Rogers, rests on the conviction that every human being has an innate tendency toward growth. You are the expert of your own experiences and perception.
Together we embark on a joint voyage within your inner world. My role isn't to “fix” you or tell you what to do. Instead, it's to utilise my training to support your inner exploration, at your pace, in your way.
Imagine we are on a hike in your inner world. You provide the direction, whilst I have a bag of potentially useful tools to support us if we get stuck on our journey.
Working together
A collaborative exploration of your internal world.
You are the expert of your own life. I trust you to explore what is meaningful for you. Together we hike through your inner world. You provide the direction, I carry the tools.
Each session is 50 minutes, giving you a dedicated space to explore yourself at your own time and your own pace.
I work in alignment with the BACP Ethical Framework. Your therapy is a confidential space where vulnerability is met with care, presence, respect and compassion.
Sessions are currently offered online, by telephone, or in person.
